Great Saturday, soberish night

I enjoyed my Saturday, it was a pretty laid back day. In the morning, I drove out of town with friends for a family function. The place was green and lush – very soothing. Thoroughly enjoyed sitting on the grass and looking up @ the sky trying to figure out what cloud shapes make out.
Left the function to go and watch the harambee stars soccer match @ a local pub. Go Kenya!
That was an awesome match to watch, from desperation in the first half to orgasm…-well more like extreme excitement orgasm’s kind of like in it’s own class, right?- at the final whistle. The game was your typical feel good movie type.
You know:
Bad guy comes in and kicks ass(Angola first 15 min)!
Good guy goes and trains (Harambee stars equaliser)
Bad guy uses ‘higher powers’ to frustrate good guy (Ref disallows our 2nd goal on offside claim)
Good guy STILL kicks ass!!! (Our 2nd goal!) and game over! Ahhhh that was mos definitely a ‘Najivunia Kuwa Mkenya’ moment

That was time well spent
On my way home I passed by a friends place for a house party. By the time I got there most of my pals were waaaaay high. <Well I kind of stayed at the local pub for a bit, went to sip scotch and coke at another friends place! Back, so I was getting to this last party it was lyk 1-2 am> Most everyone was way ahead of me! I must confess that was kind of a new situation for me – be at a party with friends, they is high n I’m not …. Eeeerr doesn’t happen that often.
So I for once in a long time got a peak at how I may look/act when I’m high. My take – I don’t want that experience again, either I’m high with the rest of the braidy bunch or I stay home and do tea and a movie/ PS/ Wii etc etc etc instead
